- Max took very good care of us. He helped me figure out our spot and left us alone to back the trailer with no peer pressure ( we appreciate that so much!!!). We weren't sure of when we were going to move in, and Max helped us with everything and made sure we were goos to go even on our last minute decision to move in on that Sunday. Facility looks clean and organized. I would only ask to refresh the yellow lines that divide the spots, since they are very faded and it was very hard to figure out where our spot started and finished. Overall, amazing place with a great price! Unbeatable!

- There was only one negative thing about my experience and that was the "insurance". Granted I understand that insurance is necessary or even required, however when reserving the unit there should have been something written somewhere about requiring it. Also when I spoke to a representative from Life Storage there was no mention of it. I was informed the day of move in and honestly was a little taken back with the prices of the 2 choices I had. I chose the lowest coverage of up to $4000 for an additional $14 every month. So my $48 unit is now a $65 unit every month.
