- I have nothing but positive things to say about this facility. It's very secure. I had to use my pin twice just to get to my unit, and then again to exit! The inside of the facility is SUPER clean and they even have music playing. The online setup was quick and easy, and I even found a welcome bag upon arrival. Did I mention that a staff member called as soon as I registered to answer any questions I had, and also stopped by as I was unloading to check on me. I highly recommend this facility if you're looking for a clean and secure location with great customer service!

I am in the process of moving and needed a space to store new Furniture and items from my present location. The move in process was very easy and everything was explained clearly by Cynthia the manager. The price was very competitive, and the facility seemed to be well kept. I actually have another space with CubeSmart in Cape Coral Fl and have had good experiences at both locations.

- Everything is fine. I have rented from Cubesmart in the past and was happy. We will see this time. I already know that I don't like having to enter my code to leave the premises. Also, the code pedestal is too close to the actual gate. The only other thing is when I first called, I spoke to a guy with a Hispanic accent and he was not very nice. I did not get his name. When I went to the actual facility, I met with a guy named Matt who was very pleasant and professional. My only concern at this time is the special rate that I got for this unit I would like to continue for at least six months. I don't think it is right to advertise a special rate and move all your stuff into the unit and three or four months later raise the rate to double or more, so that you then have to move your stuff again. They should state that on the advertisement and the original paperwork how long the special rate will last. I'm hoping things will be fine here, but if not I will move.
