- My experience with the staff was very good and informative, however I did not at all like the part in the contract whereas the renters are not supposed to haverify or hire a lawyer for any litigation matters between public storage and the renters, you go to court and you are sitting there alone all by yourself and I'm sure that this Corporation will have two to three lawyers on the opposing side for them and I'm pretty sure that statement or clause in the contract was written by a lawyer so I feel that it is very contradictory and one-sided or that to be a part of the contract in order to rent one of the units that made me feel defenseless if any litigation was to arise not that I am looking for that to happen but it just puts them in a light that says we will take advantage of you and also there should be some sort of sign or marking off of the area where you are to put your number in to punch out to open the gate a lot of people come there and park right in the way of it and it's very inconvenient if they have went inside of the storage area to do what they need to do and you have to sit there wait for them or argue with them or go find them and this is something that can be simply fixed with a do not park Here area notifying users that this is a area needed in order for outgoing traffic to proceed outside they can put that statement in the contract they can at least put that statement so you can get out of there. - The El Salvadorian staff member gave me a discount to allow me to move from one storage to another. I was a very satisfied customer but I would of been more satisfied if I could of got the online price of $62 instead of $80. However, the staff mentioned above answered all my questions and concerns.
