- I finally got my stuff moved in and then noticed the florescent light over the door was hangng down where one end had pulled out of the sheetroock ceiling. I went to the front office and notified the guy there of the light. A big woman said No pets are allowed. I was there with my small, well behaved on leash dog, as I have been for all my other move in trips... The big woman said "Check section 9 of your contract..., It's in the contract." I said I wasn't going to be storing the dog and she only visiting. She said no pets allowed because some owners don't clean up behind their pets. I said I do and showed her the poop bag dispenser on her leash... No pets, she repeated. So, I guess I'll be moving again!

- I made a reservation online. Got a call from a wonderful employee Paul to confirm reservation and see if I had any questions. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very respectful and explained the facts of what I was actually getting. Thank you Paul. First, the spaces as noted on the website, are approximate. You don't get what's actually advertised. Rather than charging you for the actual space you are getting they round up and charge you for space you don't get. But they tell you they are doing that on the website. Second, what felt like the bate and switch. They don't tell you you won't be in the nice new building pictured on the website. Wonderful employee Paul explained what I had a reservation in a 30 yrs old building with no a/c NEXT to the nice new building that's pictured on the website. They old building is NOT pictured any where on the website that would indicate you need to ask which one you will be in. It was not mentioned in my reservation that I would NOT be in the building pictured on the website. The only thing wrong with all of this is that I felt like it was deceptive advertising. I would have liked to have seen this specific verbiage at the time of booking the reservation. NEVER trusting Self Storage. Please update your website.

- I chose this location because it was one of the cheapest monthly rates for a climate controlled unit. The unit I received was in a building, but the door was constantly propped open due to flooding. The first 3 units in the building had flood water exposure after a typical Florida rain storm. This also caused the temperature in the unit to be close to the outside temperature. The staff also talked to me like I was stupid. I advised upon coming to inspect the unit for the first time that I had not rented a storage unit prior to this. The staff failed to explain anything to me, and talked down on me when I asked questions about locks, location, etc. I will never rent from this company again.

- Hassle free move in, friendly staff, my only complaint is the storage agreement has you waive pretty much all your rights away including holding the facility responsible for negligence while requiring insurance. I’m not really storing anything of real value to me so the discounted rate was well worth the trade off.
