Friday 11/3 I received a courtesy call from Storage-Mart told the rep what happened. She rectified the situation and we canceled the first contact and signed up with Storage-Mart.

- I thought Holly is a great asset and her helpful and cheerful personality was a big change from my previous experiences with storage facilities. A little disappointed that the front gate has been out of commission for so long. That, and the lack of security cameras throughout the facility (only see two at the front gate) are a little unsettling when I use the storage at night. The facility is nice and clean and seems well maintained (except for the gate).
