- On-site caretakers - excellent & friendly. Corporately, I continue to be dismayed by the increase in rental fees for my very small storage unit. Absolutely nothing has changed from my perspective - units that I pass inside are all rented; and thankfully the facility has not experienced any notable issues nor any visible upgrades. I rented this unit under the “special entry” pricing 2 years ago ... since then, rental price increases, while expected as the cost of doing business, have continued without regard to those customers that are able and willing to ensure year-to-year contracts. And yet, paying 12-months at a time; and the perk of “one-month free” feels somewhat disingenuous when compared to those gimmicks that are continually advertised “specials” to obtain new customers. I would hope that customer “retention” would be equally appreciated and rewarded. A $6.36 (inc tax) monthly rate increase from 2020 to 2021 seems excessive and I simply wanted to share my thoughts. Especially, as there was no correspondence explaining this increase. The friendly on-site agent Ms. Wagner was apologetic; but unable to justify the corporate pricing structure. I felt it was necessary to share this in my review - and, expect nothing to be addressed; but, sometimes letting Corporate know that customer care is important and a reminder of a two-way dependency. I have sent my concerns to Corporate twice with zero response. Paying just over $76/year increase with nothing to show for it simply means I encourage people to think about their long-term goals and whether this perceived convenience is worthwhile.

When all was completed, he demonstrated how to access the facility using the key code and escorted my wife and I to our unit, making sure that we knew how to unlock the unit. - My facility is in Ponte Vedra, FL.. Each year I've seen the cost increase. I value the customer service and the close-proximity to the storage area and I've never felt unsafe going in there. However I feel paying a fee of $125 to $135 per month would be enough and would be a big help with my budget. I'm afraid if the cost increases again next year I'll need to find another storage facility that charges less, and will not automatically increase the fee each renewal or as of the new year. I'm now paying $170.77 which includes a discount, but is still quite expensive for storage.

- If you have a very tiny car you can possibly manage getting into the facility insurance the way the parking lot is set up is very hard to turn into the entrance and get in and out of the storage units the gate is never secured yet they're charging an arm and a leg for a secure facility the only time the gate has been locked was doing hurricane Ian
