- The day I arrived there was moisture in the unit, and the rep on duty told me that was not normal. When I came back the following day, it was littered with dead or half-dead roaches everywhere. I stopped counting after 10. I was in an extreme hurry so I could not change it. I did call customer service and spoke to a rep a corporate, but I'm sure this won't help any since its not even in the same state.

- I have an autopay set up on this account. Every single time I have called due to the email every month that I have received stating amount owed and every single conversation with the owner, she said it’s a new accounting system. Then all of a sudden they charged me $294 because their autopay didn’t work. Instead of working with me, the lady at the end of the line said my lease is terminated. I’m in the military and we have storage because of moving. This lady didn’t even try to resolve the obvious computer issues they have. The storage area have been broken into before. No cameras covering the whole lot and no gates. Their solution? Call the people leasing the units to ask if they have seen something.

- Very good customer service from a lady. She called 2 times making sure the weather was ok for me. The unit wwas clean and perfect size for me. The facility has about 20 units and I only saw 1 other person out of the 3 times I been by. Its barb wire gate and lock are secure snd you can bring your own lock or rent theirs for$12. I like it its perfect for my budget.

- It's not bad so far. The customer service is friendly, the pricing is good. It's better than my old storage, which was not a climate-controlled one. My old storage was bad, their facility is nasty and the whole place needs some renovation. To me Storage King's facility is a lot better than my old one. I understand, SK is still new and you guys have more room for improvement (i.e. restroom cleanliness, providing additional cargo carts, etc.). Other than that, to me it's a 4-star rating for now but it can be 5-star next time. Thanks a lot.
