Explained everything in detail as well as the leasing contracts you sign which you can leave at anytime.She showed me the parking,gave me a tour of the security, the building how the lights work and even the water fountains. She answered all questions thoroughly and also offered me any supplies that I might need on my move. Things I didn't even think of like a mattress cover etc. Overall a great job by the young lady. I would call that Added Value Service Also would recommend Public Storage to everyone. I was in and out of there in less than 10 min.
