- Initially I had to wait for a unit to become vacant. When I contacted Tabitha she was very proficient to explain the paper work and answered all my questions, making this rental very easy. My July rental required a change in fees and when I completed updating my Bill Pay somehow the bill pay date got changed and with the July 4 holiday the USPS delivery ran a couple days late and I encountered a late fee. Laura, our new property manager, was very helpful in getting my billing straightened out. Laura is a very devoted employee and an asset to the company.
