- Customer Service was Great! Trenett was the epitome of professionalism with a warm smile. Storage is the perfect size. My only problem is the bent door that doesn't fit snugly to the ground and Hardship to take off lock. I'm afraid that something might crawl in unit and start an infestation.

- I usually don't bother to waste my time on these online reviews but after reading a few of the recent ones, I felt that this needed to be said. I visited this location not too long ago and my experience is part of the reason why I am writing this. I was so unbelievably relieved when I left because of the fact that the staff was extremely helpful and patient. I never expected a process like this to be made that simple. With that being said, I personally believe that that simplicity was due to one employee in particular, Suzan. I am absolutely appalled by the two most recent reviews concerning her because I kid you not, she was nothing but polite and helpful with me. Myself like many other customers writing these were more than satisfied with her. I understand that not every encounter will be the same but I had to say something about these couple reviews because I was grateful for her help. It sounds like it was just a simple misunderstanding or a customer overreacting because workers like Suzan don't make mistakes like that. I would definitely recommend her to anyone visiting this location regardless of what you read on a website! Go meet her for yourself!

- The clerk was helpful and pleasant while delivering the bare bones facts on the storage unit. What they do not advertise is that, yes your first month is $1 HOWEVER... it's really pro-rated; then you have an administrative fee; next is the MANDATORY insurance that they MAKE YOU buy if you want to store things there. So the $1 ended up being over $70...and since we came in on the 17th, I was billed on the first again for the increased rate, plus $11 insurance, plus tax. I needed the space and this was a convenient location. But is I would have had the time to leisurely make the decision - based on the underhanded add on's - I would've gone elsewhere.

- The storage place is nice. I can't confirm to the cleanliness as there were electricians onsite and they had to be the messiest I've ever encountered. The gentleman that assisted me was very nice and enthusiastic, but there were issues with the new software and it took a long time to get the paperwork going.
