- What a great experience! I only needed storage for less than one month. They were having a $1 for the first month special - and they honored it! Even though they knew I wouldn't need it longer! Wow! There was no way to give 1/2 a star or this would have been 4.5 stars because I felt the insurance thing was a little iffy. I felt pressured to get the insurance being told it was a requirement (?) However, with my situation as it was, it was a good deal at only $15 for the less than one month and if something had happened, it was cheap peace of mind. Thanks for an incredibly superb experience! Highly recommend.

- First of all, we were able to get a quick and efficient response with our online reservation. Then by contacting the local facility, Joe gave us all the correct information and reservations that we would need and gave us the available hours so we could schedule our move to be there at the right time. Monica had confirmed our reservations. Joyce checked us in when we arrived, helped us complete all necessary paperwork and helped us get our 2 storage units set up with their locks. Then we were able to enter with the 2 big trucks, unload and lock up. Such a great experience from all of them ! We would certainly recommend this particular "Public Storage" location to our friends, neighbors and co-workers.
