- I discovered that my free unit with another company was going to be too small, but they didn't have any other sizes. Thus, I had to look for an alternative, and Public Storage was the closest facility. I didn't expect to pay anything the first month with the other company, so Public Storage was super expensive in comparison. I went to the unit a few days later and the doors were stuck, so I couldn't get in the building to access my unit at all. I'm glad it wasn't an emergency.There was also a guy inside the gate selling his moving services which was kinda creepy.

- I feel like as the personalities and customer service was great I feel like there's a lot of hidden fees that they do not tell you it from one price and it's almost doubled by the time you're finished with insurances and fees because you have to buy their lock you can't buy your own etc. Every page they turn when they're explaining everything to you is a new payment for something they didn't tell you about before that is why am getting this to stars it is definitely a sales game for them and they try to get every penny
