They dont price match (40 bucks more than competitors) I pay a month in advance. Tough! no refunds on paid in advance. (a full month and a couple days) I'll never rent from here again. They care more about your money than your satisfaction.

The only downfall is you must take your storage out on/before the date that you put it in or you will be charged another month's rent - I think there should be a partial month payment option.
