- I will let you know at the end of December about our experience. The back gate was open & not secured. It made me uneasy about leaving our RV. I told the front desk about it. They did not immediately go secure it. When we arrived someone else had parked in our spot but they did give us so spot.

- Prime Storage is a really nice facility with 3 levels. The elevators are large and padded, and there are flat dollies at the entrances (if people bring them back). The office has moving supplies and locks for the units if you need one. Nicole helped me with the rental and she was professional, speedy, and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the place is and am glad I chose Prime Storage.

- I made my reservation online, successfully. I go to the kiosk after making contact with the company to reassure that my reservation was approved. (It was). Kiosk gets to a point and doesn't allow me to go any further. I then complete the info online to get a unit. Finally achieve that and I go and try to find the unit. Apparently there are two different areas (on different roads about a block away) that I had no idea was there. I figured that out by calling the place again and them telling me it was on a different road. Meanwhile, BOTH gates to both areas are wide open, so no need to put in a code. Furthermore, I finally find "my" unit just for it to have a red tag on the lock part. (Supposed to have a green one). So I tell the person on the phone that and they talk with the manager. But after all that. I asked for a refund. Way too much trouble. Also, the units are smaller than they actually are supposed to be. I tried to rent a 10x15 and it appeared as if it was a 10x10, which wouldn't work anyway! It was just a really messed up situation. I didn't like having absolutely no property management. The storage units themselves don't appear as if they have been taken care of either. Just overall a bad experience. I will add that they did refund me my money back, so that was a positive.

- This storage facility owner not only let in my ex husband have my gate code after over 40 times trying to get into the facility but allowed him to cut my lock and steal my things. After only being left with a couple things, a desk, chair, two surf board stands and a few boxes and my expensive vacuum. I packed up my car with boxes and small things that would fit I had notified not only an employee but also the owner that the door would not close and that it was broken and has been since I got the unit. When I returned a couple hours later my vacuum was nowhere to be found I was very distraught at this point. After that I put another lock on my storage unit and this month I went to empty everything out just to find that my lock was cut off and the remaining belongings I had left were gone and nobody could explain where they went or why I was not notified that somebody else was being moved into my storage unit. Thousands of dollars of my belongings gone in only a month after they have received payment every month for almost a year. I will not trust this storage facility, they don't have any cameras except up front of the facility.
