- Having to move after the hurricane was bad enough, but to be treated so poorly by an employee was even worse! Stephanie was rude and unprofessional! After paying and getting the unit number, I drove around the building only to find there is only one working elevator, no place to park to unload, and no carts! The entire storage facility only has about four carts, which is not enough. This place is a nightmare! Stay away!

- In the month I've been here I've seen several people walking and riding there bikes in and out all day and night. They come out everywhere from the units they live in. I've only seen 1 person in the office 1 time which was the day I rented my unit. My alarm is always going off on my unit when I arrive. I don't see not one camera. I don't feel safe leaving my unit. So I bought another lock to add to the one they give you. They had a special rent one month get the next month free. Now I know why. No one ever answers the phone or even returns my voicemails.
