There should be a hand truck in every doorway access to the climate controlled sections. Instead there is only one for the building my storage unit is in--meaning only one for more than a hundred units. Today the one in my building was in use, so I had to find one in a building at the far end of the facility from mine and then push it across the outside pavement back to the building where my unit is. Pretty lame. Only one or two of the access and interior doors has a working door-stop attached to it. As soon as I can find a fully functional facility in the area I will be moving my stuff from Public Storage to a competitor.
