- 8x20 parking space #26 is difficult to maneuver a 7x14 enclosed trailer into due to the building and curb in front of the parking spots. The area could have been better designed to facilitate parking without disconnecting the trailer from the hitch and manually pushing the trailer into the spot. However, the location and security level are both positives.

- My 2 complaints: T here are no door stops on the outside or inside doors. We had to wedge the doors open using cardboard. Please add door stops. Gate closes at 9pm. We unfortunately arrived at 9:15. Had to come back at 6am to unload the truck, return the truck to uhaul and then make our 11 hour drive. The place is like fort Knox, why not have 24 hour access? The code used states the name of the person, they also have cameras, so why not have 24hr access? The place is the least expensive around. Super easy access right off the highway. Very friendly staff, I've dealt with them a few times and they are super nice!
