- My facility is in Ponte Vedra, FL.. Each year I've seen the cost increase. I value the customer service and the close-proximity to the storage area and I've never felt unsafe going in there. However I feel paying a fee of $125 to $135 per month would be enough and would be a big help with my budget. I'm afraid if the cost increases again next year I'll need to find another storage facility that charges less, and will not automatically increase the fee each renewal or as of the new year. I'm now paying $170.77 which includes a discount, but is still quite expensive for storage.

When all was completed, he demonstrated how to access the facility using the key code and escorted my wife and I to our unit, making sure that we knew how to unlock the unit. All in all, the customer service is excellent and the facility itself is extremely clean. Would highly recommend this facility.

- The Public Storage facility located at 6333 Arlington Expressway Jacksonville Florida is one big mouse and rats nest!! When we went to look at a unit we were shocked to see all the mice and rat poop in the unit! It was a 10' x 30' unit and as we got to the back of it, we saw the rodents pop their head through the holes in the bottom of the sheetrock walls! Because of the walls being sheetrock instead of concrete block, the rodents have taken over! If you have anything other than steel or tires to store, stay far away from this place!!
