The most recent increase was to $175 per month and I decided that was it!! I needed to downsize anyway but the best they could do for me for a unit half the size was $111. At Extra Space Storage, it was $48. It's a little further away but the Manager was delightful and the space is very clean and easily accessible. I would highly recommend it!!
