- Awesome customer service , while trying to reserve on-line had some issues so called the number and Jose (sp?) helped. He was so patient has the system was having issues but he was so helpful and stayed on the phone to walk us thru. Then we met James ( propperty manager ) upon move-in and was also so helpful , friendly and welcoming. The facility is so clean and accomadating with their hours to get in and out. Felt safe there too which is extremely important to us too ! Great job to ALL !!!!
