- I set up a reservation for Sunday. When I showed up the facility itself was locked, so I called a the number that was taped to the door and the service agent that I spoke with was both professional and pleasant. She got me signed up in les than 20 minutes. I had no issues getting to my storage locker, but I did have some problems trying to get the locker open from the security tab that was sealing it. Lol But once I got that off, it was very easy. To store my things and leave.

- Great and very responsive and caring on-site managers but the virtual managers while they are nice are a pain to use and takes oodles of times as sometime they asked for me to wait over 7 minutes for one while the store was empty and I was the only one there. Aside for this inconvenience, it was a good service.

- I thought I had "reserved" a spot at a different facility, only for them to tell me 3 weeks later that now the price went up $20/month. His words to me were "honey, this is season. The rates go up even if you put your name down ". I then booked online with" Life Storage" it was amazing. Josh called the next day to confirm and so did Cameron. They made me feel very comfortable and I was then sent several emails for setting up the unit, and how the process works. Absolutely amazing!!! When I arrived with my daughter, Cameron walked us through the steps for the app on the phone. I will never rent a storage unit anywhere else in Gainesville.
