- Made an unfortunate circumstance for me, an EZ & Pleasant transition & transaction. Never having rented a storage space before, being able to RESERVE it online was invaluable and reassuring during my transition. Then, having a little trouble paying, I called in before they closed just to be sure everything would be situated before my arrival. Jamie answered the phone and was So kind and patient and So helpful. Exactly what I needed amidst this difficult time. She made it a professional AND personable experience. She stayed on the phone with me the whole time, & walked me thru it step-by-step so I could be prepaid and Situated before they left for the evening and before my arrival. She was so pleasant and helpful, it made this mentally And physically exhaustive move a Positive, and actually enjoyable one. I appreciated her Very much for that. As for the facility, it was Very clean & orderly. Seemed very safe and secure.Peaceful. The prices Here are the best in town too. So, I am a currently Very Satisfied customer, and am Sure I will continue to be. My only advise to anyone reading this, is if Any doubt on what size to get...Go Bigger.
