- Rosa was incredibly sweet and helpful as well as efficient and knowledgeable. When showing me the unit she had reserved for me, the door rolled up too far and we had troubles pulling the door back down. Rosa got on her golf cart, retrieved a large metal tool, and quickly fixed the catch on the door so it could be closed and secured. She is very resourceful and knows how to get things done!!! She assured me that rounds are made several times a day to check locks. When i arrived to the facility Saturday afternoon with a low cell phone battery, the gentleman in the office allowed me to leave my phone in the office to charge which made me feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend this location.

Traveling from Massachusetts to Largo we couldn't afford arriving exhausted and finding out there were no available storage units.
