- I compared Uncle Bob's in Pompano Beach to many other storage sites and was pleased with the price. It's not as new and high-tech as some other facilities, but why pay for "fancy" when it comes to storage? I was extremely pleased with staff member Penny, who not only helped me select an appropriate unit but also was incredibly patient, kind and enthusiastic despite it being the end of her work day. (I arrived at closing time but didn't feel rushed.) My only criticism is that the gate should allow just one vehicle to go in and out at one time so that a driver without an entry code can't slip into the facility while an Uncle Bob's customer exits.

We had already bought one & had extra keys made only to discover it would not fit & we had to buy one from them- additional $20. Facility is clean and well maintained. Access for loading is very easy with automatic doors (much easier than another storage facility I used). Hinged doors instead of roll up doors allow you to use all the space in the unit. Prices were great.
