- I rented an upstairs unit and moved a few things in the day before my big move of all my furniture. I returned the next day with a U-Haul full of furniture and 1 hour to return the truck only to find there was a sign advising that the elevator was out of service and there was no access to the stairs. I asked the lady at the front why there was no access to the stairs and she told me because the doors were locked. Not only is that ridiculous but it’s a fire hazard! I told her the truck was due back now in less than an hour and my things are already upstairs. She agreed to give me a temporary downstairs unit but the problem i live 9 hours away so I can’t just come back and move stuff whenever they decide to get it together! She worked it out to have one of my family members come get my stuff from upstairs, move it to the downstairs unit and I cancel the upstairs one, not perfect but better than nothing. I asked her if I would owe anything she told me absolutely not because I already paid all my start up fees for the upstairs unit. Everything is moved, unfortunately I get the truck back late because of this delay but at this point I just want everything done. The next day I get a call saying I’m late on my bill! No notes in the system advising the girl who called me or the situation. I now see in my app I owe money for the downstairs unit! I’ve been calling to try and figure this out but no answer so hopefully this review will prompt someone to contact me! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

- There is a problem with not having enough carts. It is necessary to have enough carts to move items to units inside. I was told people put units in the storage units. Hello security cameras. Use them and charge whoever doesn't return the carts. If you put a sign and enforce it, Your customers will all be happier in the long run.

- ?? So here it goes...Awesome sauce!!! This is no exaggeration, first time impression with the staff at this location was filled with such welcoming attitude. I am already super stressed?? about moving and packing and for the little time I was there I was relaxed and because they take the time to engage with you and show sincere concern. I really just needed a moment too lol. BUT the point here folks I'd recommend this place to everyone. I've had plenty of crappy experience at these other storage places, for legit reasons????. When you need to store you want the best for your buck right??... Plus side-- my unit was 1/2 the price (online) and its more space (when I checked in @ location). & the unit and storage place is CLEAN, enough said!
