- The first gate didn’t work so we went to second gate. The code they gave me didn’t work. We call the number listed and she gave my grandson another code. That one didn’t work either. She gave him another code that didn’t work. We sit there approx 45 min until another person came and her code worked. There was no one in the office until 10. We needed to get the uhaul back by ten. That was very upsetting. I forgot to ask my grandson if uhaul charged us for another day.
