- Everything is fine. I have rented from Cubesmart in the past and was happy. We will see this time. I already know that I don't like having to enter my code to leave the premises. Also, the code pedestal is too close to the actual gate. The only other thing is when I first called, I spoke to a guy with a Hispanic accent and he was not very nice. I did not get his name. When I went to the actual facility, I met with a guy named Matt who was very pleasant and professional. My only concern at this time is the special rate that I got for this unit I would like to continue for at least six months. I don't think it is right to advertise a special rate and move all your stuff into the unit and three or four months later raise the rate to double or more, so that you then have to move your stuff again. They should state that on the advertisement and the original paperwork how long the special rate will last. I'm hoping things will be fine here, but if not I will move.

If you need help they help you, if you need some tools they provided you with it. The most I liked is that they have everything in the store, so you do not need to go out to get anything. I am a self person, so I have nobody who can help me, but do you know what? all the employees were helping me. I feel as a Queen that they because everybody were with me. It was a great experiencing this with this company. This is the first time that have to put my staff in the storage, but THANKS GOD! that I did good choice with the right people. The other thing which I liked on this place is that everything is VERY, VERY CLEAN!!!!!! I was concerning about the place where I leave my thing because I am a very picky person: I like everything very clean, and I did not have problem with that because the place is CLEAN,CLEAN.So, definitely I will recommend a thousand time this place to my friends or my family. I am in the process of moving and needed a space to store new Furniture and items from my present location. The move in process was very easy and everything was explained clearly by Cynthia the manager. The price was very competitive, and the facility seemed to be well kept.
