The woman who helped me (her name started with a "D") showed me multiple units and different points of pricing so that I could pick what fit my needs best. She could not have done a better job. They even allow you a free moving vehicle) with only a $20 insurance fee) to move your items! The site is under 24 hour live-feed surveillance with camera watching ever unit. I def would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality storage experience.

- HORRIBLE! I had a storage unit with Lock-n-Store since 2004, and never had a problem or issue. Due to some changes in my life, and starting over, a payment that was set up on auto-pay with my credit card, some how was declined. Credit card company said so such payments were tried to process and nothing declined. EVERYTHING I owned was auctioned off on 12/19. No notice or communication, and email has always been the same and check that daily even though phone wasn't in place yet. I was in the unit end of October, wasn't locked off, which would have told me something was wrong! Please do not put your valuables in their hands! They feel it's a joke that we choose to pay for storage, thinking it's just junk. It held my life, no joke. Two months, and everything is gone. I will be posting on every message board, everywhere storage facilities are mentioned, will be placing an ad on Craigslist and will not stop. DO NOT USE UNCLE BOB's!!!!

- I opened my storage unit in 2021. In April of 2022 I lost my job wasn’t working for three months. I am Going through a divorce. 6+ Pregnant and needed to find a place to live. I got behind on my payments due to these life factors and advised over communicated when payments could and would be made. I was not aware of an additional lock being added to the storage unit and I drove hrs to get there. when I came in to ask why transparency wasn’t given seeing a Matt had no issue calling me two times a week about plans to pay the lien added if 30 days of and constant communication was done on my end. Matt got an attitude Matt advised that it was in the contract I signed a year ago. Matt took my crying as aggression and attitude and threatened to add a lien early to my unit due to asking he no longer call me. Even though he had been advised on June 30th of when a payment was going to be made. Customer service/empathy/sympathy go a long way when in the business of people and I hope your company takes customer service training into consideration for the employees you hire.
