I reserved my locker right away and was fortunate to find Richard waiting for me when I arrived with a car full of items at 5pm! Richard had me into my space and out the door with enough time to get back home for another carload (the 2nd of 4 I needed to move that evening) going above and beyond what I was expecting. With service like that, I can't imagine ever using any other storage facility.

- I must say, renting at the Apex road, Sarasota location has been a breath of fresh air and a great experience (and I know, in the aftermath of the hurricanes, we all need people to just take a moment to care about & be fair about something like storage units that are desperately needed right now). I worked with Sue and she was very, very helpful. I was looking for a 10'x30' storage unit; but they didn’t have one available; but Sue found two different 10’x15’, drive-up units, nearby each other & located where I could pull my trailer up to the unit and easily unload; and best of all, for both units, I am paying about half what other places are charging a single 10’x30’ unit. For 10x months now, I have been renting at the Extra Space in Englewood and everyone I have dealt with there has also been great. So, I highly recommend any of the Extra Space locations! I think the employees really work hard and care; so if you need a storage at a very fair price, just tell them what you have to store and I know they will go out of their way to help you; just like they did for me.

- I came expecting to go thru the regular B. S. it takes to get a storage unit, and this was nothing of the sort. It was so easy to apply and store my belongings without signing my first born over or swearing and oath of fealty in blood. 🤫 The prices and service are amazeballs and my unit was ready without contact and clean as can be. Everything is new! The door in the back is broke so I have to walk the long way, but Bradenton homeless is rampant at every single storage, so the cameras and location keep that at bay. It's not their fault some idiot broke the door for the umteenth time. One bad apple..... 10 out of 10!!!!

- Property manager was great. I was a little taken back by the hidden charges. I'll take the blame as I should have researched further. Customers are required to purchase only their lock. Customers are required to purchase insurance through them or are not allowed to rent. Things like this I find a little shady. Property and storage units are great. I wish there was better disclosures when reserving online.
