- I reserved on line a 5x10 unit and went in to check it out, manager John Garrett was there and I found out there is truck available to customers for $10 after asking him, but not for my move in date. I told him it would have been nice to know of availability ahead of time when a woman called me to confirm reservation. I also shared w him that the price is not really as advertised, 87. It is 99 due to mandatory insurance. His response to all the above was “mhm”. On move in day I needed a larger unit he said he had one for $123.50/mo 10x10. After the price came different on the computer he called someone and was told that because it s the last one, it is now $185. Needless to say I was dissatisfied with the above and his inability to help. I felt like i was being taken advantage of because I was in a pinch and his lack of skill to manage customer dissatisfaction did not help. I only took the larger unit because the movers were half way through with unloading the truck, otherwise I would have left. Horrible experience!!
