- facility is new which is nice however price increases are very unreasonable. started at $199 per month then it went to $286, now they want to go up to $387 in less than 2 years. this is ridiculous and of all the years I've been renting it never went up like this. now they have this same size unit for $155 upstairs and of course, they won't let a current customer or relative get it which also isn't standard in this business.they also won't work with customers who are complaining about these sharp increases to keep them.

I was able to complete the 2nd unit online, but they charged me for a lock! I am still researching how I missed the charge. I called to return the unneeded item & was told that I couldn't. I am awaiting upper mgmt. intervention. This is the reason for not giving 5 stars
