- While I haven't been happy with the transition of Life Storage as a company, Tiffany and Jade are very friendly and are phenomenal representatives of the company. They provide great customer service and they both made the transaction super simple, which is what's most needed while moving. The day we moved in, myself and other customers were looking for a cart.
