- I was thankful that reserving and moving into a storage unit on short notice was done easily. Pricing was a bit confusing, as we were quoted a promo price but when we got to the facility we had to prepay for a certain number of months in order for the price not to increase, so that was an unpleasant surprise. The gentleman that helped us was very nice and helpful. The only thing I was really not happy about: as we moved boxes into the unit, I noticed rodent waste/poop in the corners. Knowing there is evidence rodents makes me really nervous for my belongings. I was disappointed that the unit was not swept clean.

- I needed to rent a storage unit because I am down sizing due to the loss of my husband. The costumer service agent was knowledgeable about her job, & very helpful. I would of given more star rating however I think it's over priced I have no lighting inside my unit. Also there is a plug outside that doesn't work. Other than that, I am completely satisfied. Thank you.

- First of all…The Staff is fantastic! We’ve been renovating our house ourselves for the last year or so and due to unforeseen circumstances we weren’t able to rent a unit at StorQuest. In order to find an affordable price like StorQuest we had to go all the way out to Orange, CT from New Haven. (Back and forth in an 8 cyl gas guzzler it counts. Once they had the size available that we needed, we were able to rent at StorQuest, and we are saving not only gas but time as well. It’s so conveniently located, well lit and easy in and out. Highly recommend!

Joe explained what the sizing would look like, so I was able to judge the size of storage I would need. He held the size I chose so that I may go to the site to check it out before renting, which is awesome to do, by the way. I went to the site and met another incredibly helpful and knowledgeable employee, Shakira, who also goes by "Sam". She showed me all of the available storage sizes and I decided on one just a little different than the one I had on hold. I immediately leased the storage unit with Sam, which because of Joe, who did all of the important information online with me, made completing the paperwork with Sam a breeze! The prices for the sizes of the units are incomparable there and the place as a whole is exceptionally clean and safe. I had a wonderful experience at this site!

- The check in was easy, the service was friendly and helpful. The storage unit was very large, we used it to store college items and we had plenty of room. It wasn't particularly clean and modern, but it was much cheaper than those places, so I wouldn't expect it to be as nice. The unit was clean and dry so I wasn't concerned about leaving our items. I can't give a complete review until we check out in August, but if things kept well, we will definitely be using this place again.
