- Getting signed up was easy and fast. Staff was generally helpful, but they presumed I knew more about how things worked there than I could have known. The unit was clean and there was ample room for the truck and still allow other vehicles to pass by. I have three issues: First, I wasn’t aware there were two doors to the unit instead of one, which made it harder to load furniture into the space and it meant I needed two locks instead of one. Second, they do not have dollies available to help offload the truck. That would have been very helpful and saved time. Finally, it wasn’t disclosed to me I needed printed proof of rental insurance, which mean I had to buy theirs to move it. Once I provide written proof of mine, they don’t refund the fee, they credit it. Had I known all of this, I probably would have rented elsewhere. That said, for a basic storage place, this is fine and it’s a convenient location.

- The prices beat all their competitors and they even offered online specials to make it an even more competitive price. The unit itself is climate-controlled and very clean and just what we needed. They have elevators and carts for your items so having a second or third floor unit really isn’t a dealbreaker. The one thing I’m not sure about is whether this facility is 24-hours or not which would slightly lowe my satisfaction, but this place would still remain a great option.

- This is only after my first move-in visit. The place was clean, usable. Manager friendly and very helpful. They had locks available for sale (I forgot to bring one :( ). One potential concern, that was NOT a problem for me but some might care: due to the high flash-flood danger in our area, particularly for places with a lot of pavement, there are some pretty deep "channels" in the lot. They are quite wide but also deeper than typical. If you need an un-bumpy path to your unit, you'll want to review ahead of time. Some units DO have a smooth path, but not all and probably not all sizes.

- My brother-in-law referred me to this unit. Everything is so far so good and do not have any problems, but had risky move in. Due to an weather, front of the unit was covered by solid ice. My concern and suggestion is that anyone can be injured by this and It should be removed from the units to preventing possible incidents. Thank you!
