- I got this unit to store something for a very very short time, the ladies that helped me were nice but the lease was so weird. They want a 30-day notice to move out, which is a little unrealistic for me since I might not even be there for 30 days. It's a clean facility and it's temperature controlled which is good and there are flat beds to use.

The thing that really disappointed me was that the advertised price online wasn't the actual cost. There was a lock fee, a 1 time sign up fee and mandatory insurance (which I can cancel nownthat i know my renter's insurance covers my things in storage). It felt shady that all the costs were not listed up front.

- This storage unit is under 6th Ave. Freeway by an industrial area. I love it! It’s a storage unit so I’m not looking for trees and butterflies, I need a solid storage unit that is climate controlled. It’s pretty secure looking with a retractable fence and numerous points where a passcode is needed and cameras everywhere. Great price and big parking lot compared to other places. I feel confident my stuff is safe and I actually saw someone cleaning the facility….which I never did at my old storage unit.

- Great service BUT the price guaranteed me in writing with the email confirmation I still have in my email messages said $79.00. When I arrived I was told there was no such price offered and that the price would be $91 plus add ons which I understood of admin fee and insurance. We were in a hurry and had spent all day getting ready for this move and I had no energy or time to argue and went along for the ride. I did choose a smaller unit in the end but the issue of promised price versus actual cost sticks in my gut. I do not blame the girl at the desk who was very professional but there is a communication issue between between their website and their stores.

- The room has a draft because doors don't seal to the floor, and there are unit gaps between the unit walls. The walls, believe it it not, are just aluminum sheets screwed on which means minimal dirt and dust exposure. I had sealed boxes, so maybe it won't matter. The price, though, you cannot beat. Locks are a bit overpriced. Overall this place feels welcoming and has all the accommodations needed.
