- There was a disconnect with my reservation. I reserved online and someone called to confirm but said she would have to call me back because my reservation was further out. I never received a callback and when I went on the day of my reservation the unit I reserved was not there and I had to pay for a more expensive one. Luckily the office found me another unit or all of my moving plans would have been ruined.

- I had a situation where I needed a storage unit quickly. Internet led me quickly to Summit Self-storage. It is in a good location for me and they had a free month promotion which helped me. The person in the office was super friendly and helpful and the facilities are clean and easy to use. FYI...there are other storage companies directly west of Ironwood Plaza that might confuse you. The Summit office is in the south west corner of the Ironwood building and the storage facility is straight south of Ironwood.

- If you have ever moved everything you own hundreds of miles, then you know the nightmare. Mine began with trouble with the rental trucks not being available when and where they said they would be. Then because of that delay and underestimating how long it would take to load the trucks, we fell a day behind. We then made the drive across Utah and Wyoming during high winds. By the time we got to Ft Collins we were all spent. Then we reached the Storage Star facility. The staff new our situation and had stayed in touch through the whole adventure. They greeted us with compassion and understanding. So friendly! They both went so far out of their way to help us anyway they could. We told them how much we appreciated them, but I don't think they really know how much they helped. Storage facilities are all similar as far as their use,but customer service like this is rare. Thank you Annette and Danny. You guys rock!
