- I have used extra space for the last 4 years. My 1st 3 years was in Loveland they increased my monthy price one time and then worked with me and discounted it for about 6 months. But the longmont location. Nope. Not helpful at all. Have increased the price twice in 8 months. From $265 a month to now $440 a month. IN 8 MONTHS. And online it's still cheaper. I'm moving my stuff else where because this is absolutely obserd and ridiculous. There should be laws against this. I do not recommend.

- The manager was really good and did his best to correct the problem. My news was said it was ready and to be new dentist. However, the system had just sent the information as out. Actually didn't done by the facility. Call the corporate number billing at impressed at all with Cube Smart. Seems like the corporate entity doesn't really support the manager's correctly. No one due to they have the best interests of the customer for the appropriate running of the facility in mind. I'm going to hear before it was. This new current company and the management was great in the facility was ran well. They upgrades they have made and paint. And such doesn't really make up for a lack of appropriate corporate management.

- Hi my name is James and I am renting a unit here at Clear homes storage and I had an issue with my gate code and what the issue was was my gate code was turned off because of the electronic signature that signed on my contract did not work when they tried to process it and I bought a locked her and I paid for the end of one month and a whole month that has yet to come and I couldn't get in and I had driven 120 130 Mi with the load and try to get in I couldn't get in and I had to have someone else babysit it but the next morning we got this issue resolved and everybody's happy and I still a renter that and it got fixed

- I was treated like a second class citizen! The only reason I even took the storage was because of the customer service I received from the phone/ online lady that took my reservation. The actual storage facility workers were rude & acted as if they were doing me a favor by accepting my hard earned money. Like I won the storage facility lotto. Not cool. Thanks for your survey. - We can't say enough great things about Climastor in Longmont. I was moving from the East coast with my husband, and they made the process so easy, even from afar! The price points are fantastic, the facilities are spotless, and the facilities' management team went above and beyond in terms of hospitality. This was truly our first stop when we moved out here, and we felt immediately at home. On top of everything, this place is a fortress! Our belongings were always safe. Also, with their location being right off of I-25, they are only a hop, skip and a jump from everywhere! Oh, and don't panic if you have a big truck - there is tons of room to load, unload and navigate in the lot. Five stars won't cut it for this team! Great job, and thank you for keeping our things safe while we were finding our home away from home!

- My daughter was finishing up her freshman year at CU Boulder and needed a place to store her stuff for the summer. Being back in NJ trying to do this, proved more challenging than I thought. Every time I reserved a unit online I would get a call from the facility saying they couldn’t hold the unit to call two weeks before; when they’d all be gone in the 4x5 size that I wanted. It wasn’t until I made a reservation and the Longmont location called me back and I told her I really wanted the one on Broadway in Boulder, near her school. So she contacted the manager of the Boulder location and Alberto called me. Alberto was awesome! He took care of everything. He let me rent the unit and do everything electronically. He gave me peace of mind in what was becoming a stressful situation. When I arrived everything was done. I am definitely using them again next year and would highly recommend them.
