No one due to they have the best interests of the customer for the appropriate running of the facility in mind. I'm going to hear before it was. This new current company and the management was great in the facility was ran well. They upgrades they have made and paint. And such doesn't really make up for a lack of appropriate corporate management.

But the longmont location. Nope. Not helpful at all. Have increased the price twice in 8 months. From $265 a month to now $440 a month. IN 8 MONTHS. And online it's still cheaper. I'm moving my stuff else where because this is absolutely obserd and ridiculous. There should be laws against this. I do not recommend.

- Hi my name is James and I am renting a unit here at Clear homes storage and I had an issue with my gate code and what the issue was was my gate code was turned off because of the electronic signature that signed on my contract did not work when they tried to process it and I bought a locked her and I paid for the end of one month and a whole month that has yet to come and I couldn't get in and I had driven 120 130 Mi with the load and try to get in I couldn't get in and I had to have someone else babysit it but the next morning we got this issue resolved and everybody's happy and I still a renter that and it got fixed

She walked us through several options and we got to tour all the units. There are carts to help you move in and the facility and brand new and we found exactly what we needed. If you can I would bring your own padlock if you don't want to pay $20 for their own lock but it was easy to navigate and we were able to show up, tour units and move in within an hour.

I was charged for Rental Insurance and told that if I show them my rental policy I will be reimbursed. BUT - I've been unsuccessful in locating an email address to send LifeStorage a copy of my policy? I've been to their website it's listed nor is it on my policy. so, I'll have to drop off a hard copy a the office the next time I go to my storage unit (during office hours) and drop it off. Very Frustrating!!
