- Great easy location to get to, clean, and safe area. Feel comfortable storing at this location. Property Manager, Ryan, is always there and lives close by and always keeping an eye on place. Ryan is super friendly and helpful. Been at this location for 6 months now and was completely happy until rate jumped up $23 per month. Talked with Ryan recently and he said he can get me in touch with company personnel that are authorized to make changes once deemed price is above and only above market value.
