- The 5' x 10' storage unit was inside. The top hinge on the exterior door was broken, which prevented the door from opening more than one foot. I had to push the hinge unit up to get the door open. This is a very temporary fix. You will need to fix this door.

- At first, when renting unit, everything looked like it should. As I began moving in storables, there frequently was no available wheeled transport from vehicle to unit. I was told that some renters gave id card to get key to carts and never returned the key. There were plenty of carts, but no keys to unlock them. I volunteered to snip the locks and let them start over with keys, and was told "Absolutely not; >>??<

- Price is great, staff is great, good choice when so many other storage companies treat customers like dirt and over charge like crazy. (i.e. At my former storage location, a very well know company with locations on ever corner it seems, ,they rased my rent twice in ten months. Started at $140, 4 months later it jumped t0 $180, then just a few short months later the price went to $250 a month. No explanation, and noadvance notice given, it was damn near criminal IMO.

- Everything was set up just right except for 1 detail. It was not explained that I had to buy one of your lock cylinders with the rental of a unit. I arrived with my own lock, and was not prepared or interested in buying one of yours. The lock should be optional! I want to know I am the only one with the keys to access my stuff.

- The woman who was working at the facility was super helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and could NOT have been better! I think her name was Vonny? I have rented storage units before and this company makes the process smoother and more logical and user friendly. EXCEPT>> I had looked online to see if there were any units available. I showed up at the facility and was told I needed to go home to reserve the unit online. Luckily I live close, but there was a part of me that wanted to just go somewhere else. I was told I couldn't do this at the facility. SUPER ANNOYING. I did it anyway and was glad I did because this is the closest facility to my house. The highlight of the whole experience was Vonny. She's a keeper!
