- I rented a 5x5 storage unit at the lowest price point, though there were 2 other price points for 5x5 units. I'm not sure if the higher-priced ones are any larger, but this is the smallest storage unit I've ever seen - the contract said the stated measurements are not guaranteed, so I have my doubts it's actually 5'x5'. The facility is clean and the people are nice - though not the warmest welcome I've ever received, they seem to always be around and willing to help with any questions.

Katie, who helped check me in, did an incredible job being professional, kind, and funny. She took the time to physically walk with me to the unit, show me around, explain different products we could purchase for our move, and made it all so easy. I was able to enter the unit early this morning to move in more items - the gate code made me feel safe being in the area by myself.
