Also, my unit had a tag on it that I had to break. I moved stuff in on Sunday and the office was closed, so couldn’t get any assistance.

- Friendly, respectful and efficient customer service and positive attitude on the phone, online and in person by all staff members. When I checked in at about 5:40 pm on Wednesday, October 27, Tatyana inspected the unit and found problem with the door. She immediately cancelled all previous lease documents, assigned a new unit and quickly issued new lease and insurance documents. Other staff members were helpful and courteous as well (Eric, Ben).
