- I asked for a 10X10 but was told the price was $120. I was surprised that the 5x10 was $60 but the 10x10 was soo much more! I was then told to go to a sister store up the street to see if they had anything less costly. That didn't work out... So, about a week later I went online and found out that the man could have told me about the internet price of $98 with the 50% off first month deal for a 10x10 rather than telling me to go somewhere else. That kinda made me feel like I was getting the run-around and wasn't a very good sales effort on his part.

- I was unable to get in with the gate code and had to contact customer service. That took 20 minutes because it was virtual agent. Then when gate code was fixed the gate wouldn't open all the way. Another customer push the gate to open it. After that it was hard to get the lock in the pull down unit. The lock got stuck because of the plate or something and I had to put my stuff in other unit. They had to drill the lock off my unit and put a new plate and lock which took a day. When I went to get the keys, I had to move the few items I had and put it in the storage with my other things. Because the worker was alone, there was no one to help me. I was provided a cart but I had mattresses.. let's just say it was a mess. The gate wasn't fixed either. Another that the place is clean but for the $200 a month I have to pay, it should of ran alot smoother.
