- Things started out pretty normal as one would expect from a storage facility. Then one day I stopped by before the office had opened to pick up some tools that I needed for a job and the secuity gated would not operate. Several calls to the main office and assurnances the someone would arrive to correct the problem ended with no results and I had to leave for my job without what I needed. Then one day I stopped by my unit to get something to find that it was full of dust and dirt caused in the process of the lot being re-paved. Numerous complaints to the manager or whoever was on duty in the office got me no where. When I complained to the main office I was advised to call the district manager and he would be sure to resolve the problem. Two phone messages to him have never been returned. When I vacated the unit sometime later I ended up cleaning all of my things before loading. And last but not least, sometime after vacating the unit I was charged for another months rent even though I followed their check-out guidlines completety. Again, numerous calls and vistis to Twenty Mile Storage as well as phone call to the main office and converstions with "ML" have achieved nothing. The last time that I talked with "ML" he suggested that I call the district manager for a quick resolution. I informed "ML" that he does not returns calls but I would give it anouther try.
