- have rented 2 units here. most staff is friendly and helpful. Only issue was when they locked all dollies on first floor and I am on second so did not have access to dollies. The new employee seemed put off when i had to ask for a dolly and her reply was that she had seen them on her walk through. did not seem happy that she had to go get one for me. This was quickly fixed by another employee who gave me the code to the first floor so i can retrieve dollies if they are locked up inside. Jennifer and Becky are awesome and know what they are doing! they will go out of their way to help you and make sure you have a pleasant experience!
