- The staff was super friendly. The check in and check out process was great. The only thing that they should disclose to you online is that at some facilities, you are REQUIRED to purchase a cylinder lock prior to signing the lease. Some folks may not be prepared to spend the extra $19.99 plus tax. The manager did a great job expressing this to me in the followup phone call and even went as far as to provide the sizing so I can attempt to purchase my own. I ending up buying one at the facility. You can, however, place an additional lock on the unit as long as you advise the staff. I design detention facilities and can attest that this facility has a firm grip on the overall building security and access.

It took a while to sign up as the worker had too much on there plate and had to leave us several times to help other customers as we were signing up. Overall nice, affordable, clean, secure units. Two elevators, plenty of carts and the manager does a great job keeping the facility spotless. At a different company in Boulder, I was paying twice as much for an outside locker half the size of my current climate controlled unit; very pleased and I highly recommend!

- I had been a good customer of this facility for three years. This facility has changed management since I first moved in. I would have given it 5 stars under the previous management, now it doesn't even deserve 1 star. In a nine month period, my rate was increased twice (with no notice): when contacted about the increase, the manager (Matt) told me he could increase the rates every month if he wanted to. When I went to move out, my belongs were covered with mouse droppings and there was a dead mouse in my couch. I contacted Matt and he simply told me to contact my insurance company and "thanks for the heads up" - not sorry or is there anything I can do? - horrible customer service. Also, I called the district manager for this facility three times (and left messages) before I moved out - he never returned my phone calls.
