- Great service BUT the price guaranteed me in writing with the email confirmation I still have in my email messages said $79.00. When I arrived I was told there was no such price offered and that the price would be $91 plus add ons which I understood of admin fee and insurance. We were in a hurry and had spent all day getting ready for this move and I had no energy or time to argue and went along for the ride. I did choose a smaller unit in the end but the issue of promised price versus actual cost sticks in my gut. I do not blame the girl at the desk who was very professional but there is a communication issue between between their website and their stores.

It took me 5 minutes to reserve the space online and when I went in to finalize the storage it took approximately 30 minutes. Pretty simple process. Tyson was very knowledgeable and very helpful. While the office staff was friendly and courteous, no options were offered and I had to request it there was an option for a different size unit. The thing that really disappointed me was that the advertised price online wasn't the actual cost. There was a lock fee, a 1 time sign up fee and mandatory insurance (which I can cancel nownthat i know my renter's insurance covers my things in storage). It felt shady that all the costs were not listed up front.

- I did not know i would have to pay for certain items, until after i got to facility, i had know choice but to rent from them because my rental uhaul truck was already full of my stuff. I google storage $1 free first month then $36 per month. But the catch is, is that you have to pay admin fee of $24.00 and $15.00 for renters insurance and almost $20.00 for there cylinder lock, why can't i use my own lock????i have 3 locks sitting here at my house. admin fee is a one time fee i guess of $24.00 There cylinder lock is almost $20.00 So your 1st month rent is not really a $1 dollar.

The only downside is that this facility is located on Colfax and because of this the carts are kept inside the office which isn't open the entire time the facility is open for access. Unless you bring your own cart, you'd need to carry everything from your car to your unit which might be a far ways away.

The only small change or request would be to have longer hours to have access to your belongings, as you are only allowed to your unit during business hours, even though you have a personal code and key... so it makes it a little challenging if you only have access till 5pm on Sundays
