- First of all when I was showed where my unit was I was already parked in the front by the rental office side so I could get to my unit. Unfortunately, he directed me to the back of the facility. I said well I guess where I am at I could really go in on this side. It wasn't until I kept stating well I'm alread on this side, he finally said oh well the elevator broke yesterday & it should be fixed next week. I said why didn't you just say that in the first place. Secondly, if only 1 elevator is work for the ENTIRE WEEKEND, is there any reason the facility cannot fix it sooner? Then upon talking to tenants cuz everyone had to use the same elevator, it was learned that the elevator had been out for over 2 months. So please get it fixed this is unprofessional. I also asked the staff since it was broken is there was a reason why all the carts weren't in the back and he promptly said well we divided them between the two entrances. I said obviously since you only have one side open can you please bring all the carts to the backside, staff wanted to argue and then said, yeah when I can, I will bring them over. Sorry yet if we are paying for the facility to be up n running properly & you expect us to pay, I am speaking for everyone, we expect the facility to be in working condition so we can all use it. Aside from that it was clean, and my unit was clean as well. One little side note the numbers of the units on the wall by the elevator, were SOOOOOOO small no one could read them. Maybe make it more legible so everyone can read it so you can find your unit. I had friends helping & they tried to locate my unit and could not. Thank you and please please please repair the elevator ASAP

- This Public Storage location is great! It's really clean, y'all maintain the bathrooms, carts are available for use if you speak up and ask, parking locations are wide enough that I was able to spin around in a wheel chair for several minutes without hitting a single thing! The staff is really friendly and nice, not to mention pretty. Yes, you're all beautiful. Especially you...you know who you are. Their office also smells nice (might just be the girls perfume). Overall, it's a fantastic location to store your belongings and forget about them for a while.

- They are very good with their lock checks. I had my lock not secure a couple times and they informed me. When I was moving out and had trouble taking out my lock off my storage, Javier was efficient to come by and help out. Once he got to my unit, he knew exactly was wrong and got it out in literally 2 minutes! He is polite and provides amazing customer service. The facility is clean and well kept and I would definitely recommend my friends to store their belongings there.

- Scheduled an appointment for 9:45 to rent the unit. Due to the nature of my job I can only pay cash, so I needed to fill out the rental agreement for the unit in person. I arrived promptly and on time, only to have to wait over an hour for an employee to show up and open the front office. Once open, I mentioned to the employee I was paying cash and then had to be redirected out front again so they could open the safe. Understandable and fine but 20 minutes to do that? Once inside, we started the rental agreement. When asked for identification they were unable to confirm my drivers license number (out of state) because they didn't know how to select a different state on their operating system. Rather than calling someone to troubleshoot this issue, they frustratingly tried telling me that they couldn't complete the application on their end because there was "nothing they could do". Waiting patiently through two attempts to persuade me out the door, they finally figured it out. The customer service of this place is at the very bottom of the totem pole. Just absurd to me from a customer stand point but also a business stand point that someone would lose out on a rental instead of reaching out to someone to help diagnose the issue at hand. I finished my rental agreement and was directed to the unit. The unit was clean and as described.
