- So I went down to review the storage space 11/7 had reserved for a move in of the 17th. Now after reviewing he asked for my license and credit card I asked if he was to charge me he stated no, I told him I don’t I’m not funded yet. After I told him the above info he was ready to charge me and explained I’m moving in the 17th. Why did I do this? I don’t know I told you no money and your computer tells you my move is the 17 he wasn’t having it and was upset. Those people need to pay attention he definitely wasn’t busy. You could have shot a cannonball through the place. I didn’t care for the attitude it was rude. Maybe having a bad day. Wrong customer to display towards. Gives me all the reason not to use with that type of attitude, sure you will gain others but you showed a customer of whom could have your bolster business. Write only the truth and give others an opportunity to think before purchase.

- The lady in the office not only was rude but very unhelpful. she spoke in a demeaning tone and cared more about eating candy and talking to everyone else then addressing our needs. we left the office without renting because we came in second to her getting into what the young gentleman behind the desk was doing with other customers. very unprofessional. save yourself the headache and avoid this location primarily because of this train wreck they call a general manager. another thing we noticed while at the office was that she seems to favor certain tenants. being extremely rude to a select few.

- Because I just moved in to the storage I can only give a first impression. The stuff was extremely nice and friendly, showing you around so you can see the different storage options you have. it seems to be an older facility with up to two floors where some of the second flore storage seem to get pretty warm. Overall the place is clean, the manager living on the facility, they also provide you with help going through the tons of paperwork. They do not try to talk you into a larger space but make it easy if you want to switch later on. The access hours are pretty convieniant 'til 10.00pm incl. Sundays and you get your own code for the gate. If you need something for your storage they'll have you covered during office hours. The neighborhood seems to be really ok, only donwside might be that it's closed to the freeway so it might get lots of dust. Overall it's a good place for storage with nice stuuf and very fair prices.

- I cannot rave enough about the excellent service of both Francis and Krystal! When I came in to do my rental, I had no idea where to begin. Francis and Krystal greeted me immediately upon my entrance to the door and made me feel at home. Francis was very knowledgeable about this company and was able to explain to me step by step exactly what we would be doing and how all the amazing benefits of this property would make my time in storage as painless and worry-free as possible! Francis took me to see the unit and I was very impressed at the cleanliness of this facility! I could practically see my reflection on their clean floors, and there was not a speck of dust or dirt to be seen. The facility is kept cool 24 hours a day, which is perfect for my more sensitive items, and also to keep me cool during the move. This facility also boasts a large inventory of carts which are free for any customer to use during office hours. When we had picked my unit, it was almost $40 less than anywhere else I had looked at! Francis kept a friendly conversation going through the whole process and made me feel like a close friend. When we returned to the office, Francis helped me select the right amount of boxes for my stay, and the discounts definitely agreed with my tight budget! The lease process was painless, and Francis once again proved his value to Public Storage by being able to explain every step of the way what I was signing. When it came time to leave, Francis and Krystal both wished me luck on my move and invited me back if I ever had any questions.
