- I have only been to the unit twice and both times it was hotter than 80. The first time it was around 90. My car read 84 and it was hotter on the 3rd floor, about 90. I have since put a thermometer in my unit. It was 82, which was the same as the outside temperature. This is supposed to be a climate controlled unit kept at 80 degrees or less. Also, the first night I was there someone had urinated in the elevator. I also saw a homeless person with dirty tattered clothes trying to sneak out. He must've stuck in somehow. When I was there Thursday, the door to go out did not work. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to get another unit, but unless some serious changes are made, I will be removing my items once I move into my new apartment.

- The team was great and very responsive. We set ours up online, then immediately received a call to coordinate our reservation. This was fantastic and very easy to make sure we had the opportunity to ask any questions and they were very thorough. When we showed up to the facility, we were asked the same questions (the same ones from my prior phone conversation) and asked for payment again. I had to inform the rep that I already paid for the unit. I expressed I was a little concerned because I was asked the same questions and then being asked to pay again, was really alarming. Looks the work we did over the phone wasn't uploaded to their system yet, so I would recommend they get that remedied to avoid something like this again. After that little hiccup, everything went well afterwards - the rep took us on a drive around the facility and gave us a tour and showed us where our unit was as well as opening it up and letting us see it to make sure we have ample space. Very nice crew, and clean facility.

Johhn, the on site manager is vvery easy to talk with & very knowledgeable of the company, its products, policies & etc. However, there are 2 women whom I've encountered in the last few weeks while I've been at my unit & they both were sooo way abruptly rude & assuming of what I was doing in my unit. I HAVE NEVER USED MY UNIT TO LIVE IN OR SLEEP IN EVER!!! Yet, both of these female employees ACCUSED me of such!!! I DID TAKE NOTICE that there are quite a number of other people who, in fact, ARE USING THEIR UNITS FOR EXACTLY THE ASSUMING I WAS ACCUSED OF!!! A few of them even have their units arranged with furniture & etc & leave their door open with NOT EITHER of the 2 female employees saying anything to them ever!!! I WITNESSED the 2 female employees just TURNING A BLIND EYE TO IT!!! It seems that every time I'm going to my unit there's someone ALWAYS BLOCKING 1 OR MORE of the corridors that I lead to my unit with all their stuff TOOO. I don't appreciate the apparent PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT that is happening!!! I would have NEVER made it a issue but since I've been ASSUMINGLY ACCUSED IT'S AN ISSUE NOW!!! THANK YOU JANINE W

- I went on line to reserve and to pay for my first months rent to keep from going into the office. I filled out the application on line and put in my credit card info signed and agree to all terms 3 days before my move in day. The day of move in I couldn't get into the gate. Went into the office, there was no records of me paying the first month but all my info was in the system. Had to do the application again in the office and hopefully I don't get charged twice. Customer service was great, my unit and the area was clean. Love it!
