- Recently moved into a 5x15 unit at this facility. The unit was actually about 1 1/2 feet short of the 15' and I had planned shelving and racks down the inch (for a small business inventory). The manager, Amaya, helped me right away, and transferred me to a unit that fit my specs for the racks. Seamless. He runs a tight ship. The place is beyond clean. The security is tight - you need to enter a code to open the parking lot gate, to open the building doors, and to call an elevator. There is timed lighting in each unit - a feature I've never had before at a storage unit. No more flashlights to see in my unit! There are always carts available, which was always a problem at my old facility. Overall an excellent place to store your stuff. Very glad I made the move.

- Came to this place looking for storage, only to look around and get some information. i pulled into the driveway and i find the lady working here cleaning out front. She Immediately stopped what she was doing and came to asked me if i needed help.. She was very sweet and pretty and opened the door for me, you dont see allot of young folks that still do that for older people like me. she began to ask me questions, and i told her i am only shopping at the moment just checking prices. i plan to move out of the state soon and i need to store some items i cant take. i really enjoyed my conversation with her, because she actually got to know me and not just try to sell me a storage. - I was told a 5' x 5' container would be $86/month, first month free. When I arrived on moving day, it was $100/month, $36 for the first month (various fees). Then I saw the space. It was 4' x 4'11". It couldn't fit my stuff. I complained, but the woman insisted it was 5' x 5'. When I measured to prove it, and asked to speak to a manager, the manager wouldn't speak to me and the woman showed the fine print in the contract: storage sizes are approximate. It was 80% the size of the space I had purchased! So I had to upgrade, and it ended up costing $187/month. There are better options out there that don't rip you off. Avoid.
