- I am very satisfied with your Pleasant Hill facility manager and the staff, their professionalism and helpful attitude. As well, I like your storage location and the set up. However, just a few days after I've started renting a car space, somebody scratched and dented a side of my van on several places and bent the side mirror again even after I straightened it. I am aware you are not liable for any damages. But perhaps you can install more security cameras and make them clearly visible, so people do not vandalize others property. Pricing seems much higher to other storage facilities in the area when comparing online, but the location, security, and cleanliness of this facility are great. They have storage carts and large elevators which made moving in easy. There is an additional $8/month charge for mandatory insurance, a $22 setup fee, and you have to purchase a barrel lock for $13, all which are not included in the SpareFoot quote.

- I arrived at 9 am to move into my new storage unit. I was really excited to find a 7x10 unit at such an affordable price! Upon my arrival, I saw a sign stating that the location was under construction. This was clear as it looked a bit run down. A sign stated that new tenants (non-tenants without a code for the keypad) should call the office which opened at 9 am. I called twice and left a message as no one answered. Around 9:10 am a man arrived and pulled up behind my uhaul, I explained that I did not have a code and no one was answering the phone. I was going to ask him if he didn't mind punching me in so I could pull in and not block the driveway. I did not however get the opportunity as he proceeded instead to yell at me for not having a code and blocking his way. He cursed me out and I proceeded to back out of the driveway. Turns out he was the office manager who mind you was late for work. Talk about unprofessional. I ended up taking my business to Public Storage next door, they were incredibly friendly and their facilities were impeccably clean!!! Be prepared to deal with nastiness.
