Liz, the manager called the next day to arrange a time to meet for an offical tour and initial check in. Her and the other employee were super welcoming and nice. The facility is just gorgeous and outstandingly clean; I was super impressed when I first arrived. It was lovely being able to check out multiple carts at a time because the first move-in day to the unit was hectic and we had A LOT of things to carry to the upper floor. Overall, a great experience. I am extremely appreciative of thier kindness and flexibility

- This place has been robbed multiple times,storages broken into often, due to homeless living on property(mangement will not evict). Gate is often broken and not secure. Place has rodent infestation they try to eradicate but its impossible due to the tweakers living there. Garbage and urine. Police are there often. office is only open five days and is not doing a good job. Corporate help is nonexistant. Look elsewhere if you value your belongings.

- I recently rented a space from CubeSmart. Excellent online deal for the first month. Good looking, clean facility. On site staff is courteous and helpful. On my second visit to the facility, I arrived to drop off and store some stuff, my access code wouldn't work and I couldn't open the gate. It was after hours for the office, so I called the 800 number for customer service; outstanding customer service! The remote office was able to access my account, give me a temporary access code that worked all in a few minutes. I received a follow up call and apology the next day from the onsite staff! Errors can occur, they're inevitable, but the way that the error is handled by the business, and how they support the customer is key. I highly recommend CubeSmart!
