I will be looking for a storage facility over the next week and hope to find a Trojan Storage facility near here. I am @ Morse, Louisiana and will be there for a few weeks, maybe longer. I was very satisfied with the Staff's courteousness ad will to be helpful. Security was practically top of the line and everything there was exceptionally clean. - Fantastic experience at this Public Storage. Jay at the front desk couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The units are very clean and well kept, and access is easy via two large elevators. Neighborhood is safe, and easy to get to off the freeway. I'd recommend this facility to anyone needing quality storage at prices much more reasonable than you'll find further towards L.A. A very positive experience all around.

I have been witness to many changes, and without a doubt, the current management, Trojan by name, and it's employees, to be specific, Wayne Gordon, Manager, by far have been the KINDEST and MOST PERSONAL!!! I had contemplated re-locating my unit to another "larger name" facility because I no longer live in Ventura County but moved to San Diego, that's about 200 miles away, but have decided to keep my unit where Wayne is the man, Trojan is the place!! IF YOU CARE ABOUT WHAT YOU STORE, LOOK NO MORE! I welcome and even challenge anyone who claims any other opinion!

- I tried to move into this facility and the spot was to small because there was a container in the spot assigned to me, I had to give a $50 deposit to hold and charged $140 on move in. When I arrived to move in the young man at the desk moved me in and asked me to measure the trailer. He could not measure the trailer because I did not have it with me. I returned the next day to park it and the trailer disturbed the pivot point and a small car next to it wouldn't allow me in because I would hit it. When I called to explain the situation Christina was very rude and told me that I would only get $123 dollars back because her husband was a truck driver and didn't know how to drive it was my fault I couldn't get it in. She also explained to me that that $140 and $50 equal $123 And I was trying to get an extra $50 out of the deal (absurd) I just wanted the original amount back.
